Ansetrial Writer

The ancestral writer I chose was Langston Hughes. Who's whole name is James Mercer Langston Hughes. He was born to a mother named Caroline " Carrie" Mercer Langston, and a father named James Nathaniel Hughes. Langston was born February 1, 1902 in Joplin, Missouri, during his life his occupations included an American poet, a novelist, a play write, a short story writer, and a columnist. He is best known for his work in the Harlem Renaissance. Unfortunately he died May 22 1965 in New York, New York.

BLACK VS. WHITE

I think it is ashame that even young children have been taught that blaack is bad and dirty while on the other hand there taught that white is right.

While I was watching the video I thought to myself black is beautiful and it is even one of my favorite color, I heard frrom a movie" the blacker the berry the sweeter the juice, the darker the tree the deeper the roots" I believe that movie was hair spray.

I think kinky hair is nice, I think dark people are more beautifil than any other race. Idon't mean to sound racist or evil but white people want to be blak and have big boobs and a big butt and fat juicy lips, but the people that actually have those things I just listed want to take them away and say that they look "fat". White people get implasnts to look like us, but we get reductions to look like them.

In conclusion blackpeople need to just stay black and white people should stay white. Thats the way God made them so they should be happy because God made mn in the image of him.

Lupe Fiasco- Nas Story ( Darrien Albert)

I completely agree with Lupe because if the rapper's song is talking about shoot 'em up and beating somebody to death and if the listener takes influence from that then that is what they are going to go out and do. I don't think some of these rapper's know the influeunces and inspirations that they have on their " fans" and listeners.

Robert "yummy" Sandifer

I just read an article on Robert" Yummy" Sandifer refering to his funeral. I have pondered on this question and I came up with, his mother was a prostatute and a drug attic who jad more arrest than I have ever seen under a woman's name, she had around 41 arrests for prostitution, drugs, and more. Yummy never had a father figure in his life. Another reason why an 11 year old can do so hannis, irate, bad things is because there was no one reliable in his life to say NO to him.

When yummy was a younger child his mother beat him, she burned him, she left him all alone. He had no one there to love him. He tried to be loved by the community, but most people didn't want to love him because of his actions and nobody wanted to" Forgive and Forget". Honestly I don't blame them he was an 11 year old gang member who killed a 14 year old girl named Shavan Dean when he started randomly shooting into a ccrowd of people and she was the one who was struck by the bullet.

Yummy got that nickname because he loved cookies and snickers bars. Before he was brutally murder he went to the store for this one old lady who acctually loved him, to get change so that he could go to the store and get either cookies or a snickers. Yummy would be protected by the "gang" he was apart of, at their safe-houses.

If I lived in the community with yummy I wouldn't be friends with him unless I had to, like ifn he bullied and/or threaten me then and only then would I have anything to do with him because I feared for my life. I guess I would try to stay in house and try not to be affiliated with him at ALL.
